Switching up Logos

Here’s a recent project I made for my Process of Art class.  I took popular company logos and flipped flopped them with competitor’s logos in Adobe Illustrator.

The Ford logo is actually better now!
The text for Ford looks to be more weighted, more heavy, more manly…
On a side note, Your brand logo for your name is really neat! The play with forms of a shark are simply awesome (for lack of a more sophistocated terminology). It is very West Coast, beach inspired. How did you develop your brand logo (of your name)?

Thank you for the comment, I’m glad you enjoyed my designs. For my brand logo, growing up I had always drawn my name in the shape of a shark when I was doodling in class, I guess I had a certain fascination with them. So when I learned how to use Illustrator, I finally had a way of making it into a real logo. I used the pen tool to draw what I had previously done in pencil, and was pleased with the way it turned out. Thanks Again!
